Refund policy
Lamb's Ear/Paperbuzz Return & Exchange Policy
- Women’s and Children’s Clothing: Refunds will be issued for women’s and children’s clothing only, and they must be returned within 2 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, your refund will be credited back to that card.
- Cash Purchases: If the item was purchased with cash, refunds will be issued in cash.
- Non-Refundable Items: All other products are not refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
- You have up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase to exchange an item or receive store credit. After this time frame, exchanges or store credit will no longer be accepted.
- Store Credit: If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, the value will be applied to a future purchase. Store credit is valid for use in-store and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Condition of Items: Items returned for exchange or store credit must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Receipt Requirement:
- A valid receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, or store credit requests. The receipt serves as proof of purchase and ensures the transaction can be processed correctly.
- No Exceptions will be made to this policy. Items without a receipt or outside of the 2-week return window cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Returns:
- At this time, we are only accepting return as store credit. Please contact our store via phone to request a return label.
- Please reuse the original package and ship the items to the stores address.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, store credit for the amount spent will be sent to the email on file.
