Store Credit
We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. At this time, we are only able to accept returns for store credit.
- To begin the return process, please give our store a call. One of our team members will be happy to assist you and issue a return label. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email containing a return packing slip with instructions.
- We kindly ask that you reuse the original packaging whenever possible to help us minimize waste. Please ensure the items are securely packed and ship them to the store address listed on the packing slip.
- Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect the item(s) to confirm they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. After inspection, a store credit in the amount of your original purchase (excluding any shipping costs) will be issued to the email address associated with the order.

In-Store Return and Exchange Policy
Refund
We offer a 2-day return policy for adult and children’s clothing. If you’re not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase, you can return it within 2 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note, this is the only product category eligible for a refund.
Exchange & Store Credit
For all other purchases, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange or return an item, you may do so within 14 days for store credit, which will be issued on a gift card. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Important Notes
- A receipt or order confirmation (via your account profile) is required for all returns or exchanges.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Items must be in original, unused condition for all returns and exchanges.
