Proofs
After you place an order, either online or by phone, you will receive a proof of your order through your email or by fax within 24 business hours. The proof will show you the color, font and layout of your text. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes you feel are needed. PaperBuzz will work with you until you are satisfied and will not print any orders until a final approval is given by you.
PLEASE NOTE: PaperBuzz is not responsible for mistakes once the final proof is approved.
Payment
PaperBuzz accepts all major credit cards. Checks are accepted but orders will not be shipped until this form of payment has been received and cleared. A 5% tax is added to all orders shipped within the state of Virginia.
Shipping
PaperBuzz ships all orders by either UPS, FEDex of the US POSTAL service. We will ship blank orders within 3-5 business days and printed orders will ship within 4-6 business days. We do have several gift and custom lines that may require longer shipping times, but they are noted on our site. UPS and FEDex ship only to a physical address, not to a Post Office Box. PaperBuzz only ships Monday-Friday and we do not ship on major holidays. We offer ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight.
International Orders
Our shipping prices reflect fees for shipping addresses within the continental USA. We will be glad to ship to addresses outside of the continental USA, but additional shipping fees will apply. We will contact you once your order has been placed and let you know of the additional charges.
Rush Orders
If you need your order rushed, you can either call us or you can check the “Rush Order” box when you place your order through our site. There is a $20.00 rush charge fee. With this charge, we guarantee that if you have a blank order it will ship in 1-2 business days and if it is printed it will ship in 2-3 business days. Please note we do have several lines that do not offer a rush service, so if you do not see this option when you are checking out, then this service is not available.

In-House Printing
The majority of our printing is performed in our own facility. The process is a flat print and we print in almost any color. Please note that envelope printing is separate then invitation and stationery printing.
Please call or email us for larger printed quantity discounts larger than 1000 pieces.
Return Address Printing
All of our invitations have envelopes included in the price of the invitation. If you would like to have your return address printed on the back flap, the charge is .50 per envelope.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order once a proof has been sent, we will refund all but $15.00 of your total purchase. If you have selected to have this order rushed, we will not refund the 20.00 rush fee.
Return Policy and Re-prints
All sale and clearance items are final sale. You may return regular priced blank stock within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will not refund the original cost of shipping to you or the cost of shipping to have the stock returned to us. We are unable to except returned printed items. If you find there is a misprint on your product, please inform us and we will work with you to quickly correct this error. Our graphic designers are trained to proofread all orders for grammar and spelling, but ultimately it is up to the customer to approve their proof. If any order contains a misprint due to our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
Clearance and Sale items
All clearance and sale items are final sale. We do not offer printing services for these items.
